May 9, 2014

Remember, Friday, 13th of June is the early deadline for submission of abstracts to the IFGH Partnerships for Health conference!

Partnerships have become a cornerstone of the development process but how do they serve to facilitate health related development goals? Is partnership always a viable solution or can some partnerships create more problems than solutions? What are the factors associated with an effective partnership? Are there tell-tale signs forewarning of problematic partnerships?

The Irish Forum for Global Health are inviting abstracts from individuals, organisations and partnerships who are working to realise the health related millennium development goals and have used some form of partnership to support or advance their work. Submissions are welcome from a wide variety of areas and disciplines but abstracts involving donor-driven partnerships, and partnerships between North-South, and South-South institutions and organisations, are particularly welcome.

If you think you have an abstract idea and could contribute to the conference, check out the submission guidelines here!
