Global Surgical Frontiers – Opportunities in Surgery Overseas

Wednesday 16th January 2013

The Royal College of Surgeons of England are hosting a one day conference on opportunities in international surgery – with an emphasis on linking surgeons at all stages in their careers with organisations that work in surgery in a range of settings.

Objectives for the Conference:

  • To act as a forum/focal point for surgery beyond the UK.
  • To provide relevant information for UK Surgeons considering an overseas placement (in both developed and developing countries)
  • To act as a conduit between interested surgeons and organisations engaging in actual placement in overseas surgical posts.
  • To stimulate interest in and discussion of global surgical issues.

Full details of the event and booking can be found on the main RCS website.
